HOA DUES PAYMENT DATES
1st quarter – January 1st
2nd quarter – April 1st
3rd quarter – July 1st
4th quarter – October 1st

2023 dues are $1,875 per quarter
2024 dues are $2,435 per quarter

Regular Board meetings are
the 3rd Wednesday of the month,
September through May,
9:00am via Zoom.

No meetings are held in
June, July, and August.
